Laura Hoy is a dynamic guide, teacher, and facilitator.  As a visionary and practitioner, Laura inspires and guides by drawing from her own life experience and path of growth.  She is a passionate advocate for a holistic, embodied approach to wellness for herself and others.  Individuals and groups are drawn to her passion and to the tools and encouragement she offers others as they take steps on their personal, civic, and professional journeys.

Certified with The Narrative Enneagram, Laura offers the Enneagram as a growth tool to individuals, couples, and groups, as she has personally found the Enneagram to be a powerful vehicle for greater self-awareness, getting unstuck, and wholehearted living.

While Enneagram work is a main area of focus,  Laura is also open to working with groups in creating a more loving and just community within the local context.  Laura’s experience in community development and organizing includes eighteen years of catalyzing holistic transformation efforts within her neighborhood in Waterloo, Iowa.

Finally, Laura loves travel and sells international adventure tours through Travel Wholehearted, as she believes our global journeys can open our minds to new perspectives and become an impetus for living more freely and fully.
